What ages does this cover?
Roughly 6–18. Content is tagged by developmental stage so a parent of a 7-year-old gets different recommendations than a parent of a 16-year-old.

Why one plan only?

Is the Parent Guide a therapist?
No. It's a calm, evidence-informed AI guide for sport-parenting questions. If anything you describe sounds clinical (anxiety, depression, disordered eating, self-harm), the Guide will point you to a licensed provider. That's the right call, every time.
Will my kid see anything I wrote?
No. Reflections, profile, and Guide conversations are private to you.
Will there be an iOS app?
Yes. The web app is built so it can be wrapped natively with Capacitor. iOS is on the roadmap.
How do I cancel?
From your Account page, two clicks. We use Stripe for billing, and your payment method is never stored on our servers.
