Billing & subscriptions

Cancel Premium: Open the app → Account → Manage → Cancel. Takes two clicks and ends at the current period.
Refund request: Email us. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.
Update payment method: Open the app → Account → Manage to open the Stripe customer portal.

Account issues

Password reset: Use the "forgot password" link on the sign-in screen.
Can't confirm email: Check spam. If still stuck, email us.
Delete account: Email us and we'll remove all your data within 30 days.

Content requests

Want us to cover a situation we don't have yet? Tell us. We prioritize our library based on what parents are actually asking for.
